You have the right to cancel the reservation within 10 calendar days without justification ("right of withdrawal").  

Withdrawal period will expire at 10 calendar days of the day the customer has confirmed the reservation on our website.  

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the service has not begun to be provided, you will be refunded in full the amount paid.  

The refund will be made with the same payment method used by the customer to make the initial transaction of the purchase. 

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not involve any expense for the consumer.
